The neighborhood at the party example is wonderful provided the correct neighborhood is entered on the listing. I find many misspelled neighborhoods, wrong neighborhoods entered and wonder why FMLS isn't holding agents more accountable for accuracy of their listings?!

I tried logging in several times to understand how CMA works, however, the side chat, examples, opinion made it so hard to focus. I wish the focus stays just on how to do CMA(short and sweet).

I have demo listings still showing on it. need to take away the demo listings and add my own listings from my FMLS account. how to do?

I feel that a better description of what the video is about. As a new user the names of theses videos are confusing.

The data on Cobb County and several others is always wrong in Realist, The SF above ground is using the wrong field, it needs to be corrected across the board, this makes Realist invalid in Cobb County, the data transfer of information is wrong!!

Thanks for the information. The last word should be an Appraisal on the home if Square footage is at issue. The county tax assessor information regarding Square footage is wrong many times. The only way Realtors can legally disclose square footage is either Courthouse Records OR have an appraisal on the home where it is actually measured and then you can quote this for potential new buyers. Thank you
